These terms set out the agreement between Endure Flooring (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you, the customer (“you”, “your”), when you use our website, place an order or contact our team. Using the site or placing an order means you accept these terms. They don’t affect your statutory rights.

1) Using our website
-
You must be over 18 to place an order.
-
Keep your account details secure; you’re responsible for all activity under it.
-
Content on our site is for general guidance only. Always follow the manufacturer’s installation and care instructions supplied with the product.
2) Products, samples & images
-
We do our best to show colours and textures accurately, but screen settings and lighting can change how products appear.
-
Samples are indicative and may vary slightly from delivered goods due to normal manufacturing/batch tolerances.
-
Natural products (e.g., engineered wood) vary in grain, knotting and tone; this is part of their character, not a defect.
-
Specifications may change or be corrected without prior notice.
3) Prices, promotions & payment
-
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
-
Delivery charges are shown at checkout; see our Shipping Policy for details.
-
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order.
-
If we find a pricing or description error, we’ll contact you. You can reconfirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
-
Promotions/coupon codes: one per order, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may have start/end dates or product exclusions.
4) Ordering & contract formation
-
After checkout you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This acknowledges your order, it is not acceptance.
-
A contract is formed when we dispatch your goods and email you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders (e.g., out-of-stock, pricing error, failed payment) and will refund any payment taken.
5) Delivery
-
Delivery options, areas and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy.
-
Pallet/large freight deliveries are kerbside to the nearest safe point. Drivers aren’t insured to carry goods inside.
-
Delivery dates are estimates. We’ll keep you updated if carriers experience delays.
-
You must tell us about access restrictions in advance; redeliveries or waiting time charges from the carrier may be passed on at cost.
-
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title remains with us until paid in full.
6) Inspection on delivery
-
Check your order on arrival. If packaging is damaged or items are missing, note it on the driver’s paperwork/device and take photos.
-
Report transit damage/shortages within 24 hours; report concealed issues within 48 hours. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for how we’ll help.
7) Cancellations, returns & refunds
-
Consumers buying online may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. We extend this to a 30-day returns window for unopened, resaleable full boxes.
-
You’re responsible for return carriage on change-of-mind returns; a restocking charge may apply (see our Returns & Refunds Policy).
-
Cut-to-length goods (e.g., sheet vinyl), special orders, opened liquids/adhesives and installed/used goods aren’t returnable unless faulty.
-
Faulty or misdescribed goods will be remedied in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
-
Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8) Installation & site conditions
-
You’re responsible for ensuring the product is suitable for the intended area, measured correctly, and that the subfloor is prepared to specification (clean, dry and level).
-
Always acclimatise products as instructed and check goods and batch numbers before fitting.
-
We’re not liable for costs arising from incorrect installation, site conditions, or missed contractor appointments. Please do not book installers until goods are delivered and inspected.
9) Warranties
-
Manufacturer warranties apply as stated on product pages and documentation.
-
Warranties don’t cover misuse, improper installation, neglect, moisture/temperature extremes outside guidelines, or normal wear and tear.
10) Business/trade customers
-
If you purchase as a business (trade account, company name or PO), consumer cancellation rights may not apply.
-
Our liability to business customers is limited to the price paid for the goods; we’re not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or indirect/consequential losses.
11) Our liability to consumers
We don’t exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that can’t be limited by law.
Subject to that, we’re not responsible for:
-
losses not caused by our breach;
-
losses to your business or loss of opportunity;
-
delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (see section 12).
12) Events outside our control
If a force majeure event (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, carrier network disruption) affects our ability to deliver, we’ll notify you and take reasonable steps to minimise delay.
13) User content & reviews
If you upload reviews or images (“User Content”):
-
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content on our site and social channels.
-
You confirm you own the content and it doesn’t infringe others’ rights or contain unlawful material. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.
14) Intellectual property
All site content (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned by or licensed to Endure Flooring and protected by UK and international IP laws. You may not copy or use it without permission.
15) Privacy
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy (see footer). By using our site you consent to that processing and you warrant that all data provided is accurate.
16) Gift cards
Digital/physical gift cards (if offered) are valid for 12 months from purchase unless stated otherwise, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost/stolen cards will not be replaced except as required by law.
17) Contact & complaints
We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
Email: hello@endureflooring.co.uk
We’ll acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and aim to resolve them within 10 working days.
18) Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website at the time you place your order applies to that order.
19) Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts).
