Where we deliver
We deliver across the UK. Mainland England, Wales and most of Scotland are served by our standard carriers. Remote areas (e.g. Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and some AB/IV/KW/PA/PH postcodes) may have extended lead times and a delivery surcharge.

Samples (letterbox/large letter)

Accessories & small items (parcel)

Flooring packs & heavy orders (pallet/large freight)

Delivered by kerbside freight network (see “Kerbside delivery” below).

Typical delivery: 2–5 working days for in-stock lines.

We’ll pre-book your delivery day by email/SMS.
Exact rates and any free-delivery thresholds are shown at checkout and apply per order/delivery address.
Lead times

In-stock products: usually 2–5 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays).

Special-order items: we’ll confirm the estimated date by email.

Split shipments: we may send available items first at no extra cost, or hold for a single delivery—your choice.
Cut-off for same-day dispatch on samples/parcel orders is typically 12:00 noon.
Pre-delivery checklist (pallet/large orders)

Make sure someone 18+ is available to receive and sign.

Tell us about access restrictions (narrow lanes, red routes, height limits, gravel drives, flats above ground floor, etc.).

Arrange a dry, flat area to store packs on arrival.

If you’re booking a fitter, please wait until the goods arrive and are checked. We can’t cover missed contractor costs.
Kerbside delivery (pallet freight)
Pallet deliveries are to the nearest safe kerbside point at your address. Drivers are not insured to carry goods inside, upstairs or over gravel/steps. Where possible, they may use a pallet truck on solid, level ground only. Please ensure easy access for an 18-tonne vehicle (larger orders may be 26-tonne).
If access is tight, let us know before the order is dispatched—we can often arrange a smaller vehicle (may affect lead time/cost).
On the day

You’ll receive an ETA window from the carrier.

Please inspect the outer packaging before signing:

If there’s visible damage or shortages, note this on the driver’s paperwork/device (e.g., “2 packs damaged”, “1 pack missing”) and take photos.

For severe damage, you can refuse the delivery and contact us from the doorstep so we can help.

Damages, defects & shortages

Visible transit damage/shortages: tell us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

Concealed issues/defects: report within 48 hours of delivery.

Keep all packaging until we’ve resolved the issue. We’ll arrange replacements or a remedy quickly.

Missed deliveries & redeliveries
If no one is present or access is unsuitable (soft ground, locked gates, etc.), the carrier may return the pallet to the depot. Redelivery or storage fees charged by the carrier will be passed on at cost. If you need to change the date after we’ve booked it, let us know by 12:00 noon the working day before to avoid charges.
Click & collect
If you prefer to collect (trade/retail), contact hello@endureflooring.co.uk before ordering. We’ll confirm availability, warehouse location and collection times. Collections require a suitable vehicle and loading space.
Backorders & substitutions
If something is out of stock, we’ll offer:

An estimated restock date

A free upgrade to a comparable product (with your approval), or

A full refund straight away
We never substitute without your say-so.
International shipping
We currently ship within the UK only. For export orders or Republic of Ireland deliveries, email hello@endureflooring.co.ukand we’ll check options.
Important notes

“Working days” are Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Delivery times are estimates. Weather, traffic and carrier network issues can occasionally cause delays—if that happens, we’ll keep you updated.

Please allow 5–10% extra wastage when ordering flooring to cover cuts and selection.

Colours may vary by batch and lighting. Always check goods before installation.
